I’m currently Professor of Oceanography at Sorbonne University.

I work in the frame of the Chair VISION from the CNRS and the Sorbonne Université (previously Université Pierre and Marie Curie). The chair aims at studying plankton ecology in the ocean using new imaging technologies. The goal is to assess marine ecosystem services (fisheries, carbon sequestration) sensitivity to plankton dynamics.

Observing plankton in the ocean brings you millions of ideas on how and where they live, what they do and how they may or may not adapt to the changing ocean.
